Mission: Our mission is to provide excellent service by being responsive, knowledgeable and sensitive to the needs of Palomar College students, employees, applicants and the community at large. As Human Resource professionals, we strive to provide quality service and support in employment, training, benefits and compensation to those we serve in accordance with all regulatory and legal standards and Palomar College policies and procedures.
