Child Development Requirements

The Child Development Department offers 30 different one to four unit courses as well as a variety of workshops. On average, the department offers 40-45 sections per semester, including day, evening, and internet classes at the main campus in San Marcos, as well as at the satellite locations, primarily Escondido and Mt. Carmel.

Our full-time faculty members (Bob, Diane, Jenny and Laurel) are able to provide Verification of Completion (VOC) of your state permits. Please see one of them for VOC and permit advising!
