Finding Books, Media and Other Materials

Palomar College Library's online public access catalog is a computerized index to the books, media (videos, sound recordings, etc.), periodical titles, and reserve materials in our collection. It is designed to tell you which materials are owned by the Library, where in the Library they are located, and whether an item is available or already checked-out. In addition to using the catalog to look up titles in the collection, you can also use it to find out which items YOU already have checked-out, or to reserve (place a hold on) items currently checked-out to somebody else. The catalog may be accessed from any computer connected to the World Wide Web, and is accessible from all computers in the Library.
